Dentsu’s iProspect has appointed Danielle Gonzales as its first CEO for North America.
Gonzales brings over 25 years of industry experience to her new role, where she will guide over 1,000 specialists across the U.S. and Canada. In particular, she has been tasked with leading the agency’s transition into becoming a full-service agency that keeps its performance marketing expertise at the core of its offering.
She joins iProspect from Publicis Groupe, where she was recently elevated to president and chief client officer of Publicis Media North America. Before that, she was president and chief client officer at Starcom, where she led North America and global client partnerships for Kraft Heinz, McDonald’s and Beam Suntory across its media, communications, data, and tech teams.
Closer to home, parent company Dentsu has also been filling other key leadership roles in Canada, including VP roles geared towards cross-agency collaboration and new client-focused c-suite roles.
