Cossette Media names a pair of new VPs

Kim Joubert returns to the agency to lead its Quebec and East region, while Genevieve Marchand takes a new activation leadership role.

Cossette Media has begun 2022 by appointing two new senior leaders in its Quebec and East region.

Kim Joubert (pictured above, left) has returned to Cossette Media to become VP of operations in Quebec and East, taking on a role similar to that of Axel Dumont before he became president in 2020.

Joubert will also join Cossette Media’s executive team, which, in addition to Dumont, includes her counterpart Charlaine St-Amant, GM of Ontario and West; Dominik Majka, SVP of activation; Nirmala Bahall, SVP of business leadership; Kristin Wozniak, SVP of strategy, analytics and insights; and Sarah Wickers, VP operations and finance.

Joubert comes from more than eight years at Bell Media, where she most recently served as senior manager of brand partnership, leading the strategic and creative process, as well as team operations in the Quebec market. She also brings experience from Astral and a previous stint as a media director at Cossette.

Also joining the agency’s VP ranks is Genevieve Marchand (above, right), now VP of activation in Quebec and East. Marchand has been with the agency for 15 years in progressively senior planning roles, most recently group director.
