Cossette Media hires new head of biddable media

Amy Kappus joins from Dentsu, the latest in the agency's effort to boost its digital expertise with senior hires.

Cossette Media has made another digital leadership hire, bringing on Amy Kappus as VP of biddable media.

Kappus will lead programmatic teams at Cossette, as well as those working on biddable search and social, touching on its full portfolio of clients. She will report to Dominik Majka, who was hired as SVP of activation and performance last summer.

Axel Dumont, president of Cossette Media, says the hire is the latest in a strategy to “significantly reinforce” the agency’s bench strength in digital and “build a digitally-enabled powerhouse.” He adds that Kappus’ expertise and international experience fits the bill and will be an immediate asset.

Kappus was most recently group director of digital investment at Dentsu, with duties leading teams across programmatic, ecomm, search and social. She also brings senior platform-side experience from The Exchange Lab, as well as from international agency roles at iProspect in New York and Mediacom in Australia.
